About Rotate PDF

Rotation is added to each page's current orientation, so a page that is already turned 90° and rotated another 90° ends up upside down. The change is stored in the file, so it holds in every viewer.

Scanned documents often have a few sideways pages. Enter just those page numbers, for example 3,7-9, and leave the rest alone.

Frequently asked questions

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. The tool runs inside your browser, so your files are read and processed on your own device and never sent anywhere.

Can I rotate only some pages?

Yes. Enter a page range such as 2-4,7 to rotate just those pages and leave the rest untouched.

Is the rotation saved permanently?

Yes. The downloaded PDF opens with the new orientation in any viewer or printer.

Does rotating a PDF reduce its quality?

No. Rotation only changes how each page is oriented. The text and images inside are not touched.
