About Add Watermark

The watermark is drawn on top of every selected page. A lighter opacity keeps the page readable while still making the stamp visible.

Use Center for one large stamp such as DRAFT, or Tile to repeat smaller text across the whole page. The built-in font covers Latin letters, digits and common punctuation.

Frequently asked questions

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. The tool runs inside your browser, so your files are read and processed on your own device and never sent anywhere.

Can I watermark only some pages?

Yes. Enter a range such as 1-3,5 to limit the watermark to those pages.

Can the watermark be removed later?

The watermark is drawn onto the page, so it can't simply be switched off in a viewer. Keep your original file if you may need a clean copy.

Which characters are supported?

Latin letters, digits and common punctuation. Other scripts need a custom font and are not supported yet.
